Strawberryz n Skullz

 Finally some strawberry ice cream I can be happy with. I went eggless on this one. Xantham and Guar gum I used to thicken into a custard and heated the cream and milk. Im trying to get my ratios for milk and cream right and realizing sugar can help mitigate the freezing temperature so it stays creamy and pliable instead of turning into a block of shit. Next will be an egg base and another flavor I find from the garden.




Lotta fresh Strawberries. Jams and Ice Cream so far. Also salad. (below)

I took the remaining cheek meet, popped out the eyes and tongue. I would go scooping for sesos but I dont want to break my kitchen tile banging with a cleaver. And I dont have a saw.



This is Frisee Salad w Stawberry and Rosemary Vinaigrette. Serrano Ham. Egg. Green Pepper Brunoise. Salad Burnett and Brioche Croutons.

Went to Lick yesterday on a whim. Much recommended. Moved from the Hill next to my house.

Thai Tea and Bacon Cornbread were tight.
